TRUST

It is delicate, the exercise of trust,
handle with care,
Once fractured, its essence is forever impaired.

A relationship void of trust,
a motionless car,
Fuel the bond,
or watch it linger afar.

In trust's embrace,
a balance we find,
Deception may lurk,
yet torment resides behind.

No reason should anchor trust's fragile hold,
For the trust, true and unbound, stands bold.

What’s your take on trust? Should it be given without reason or must be given for a reason? Share your thoughts at the comments.
